A fun team off-site your group will be talking about for years to come.
Why
We know the challenges you face in connecting your team and getting to know one another as real people. Even with all the communication tools at our disposal there is no replacement for having fun together “In Real Life” to create memories and comradery within your team.
Our Team Play program will get your team out of their “normal” routine, encourage them to try new things, and provide a “high point” novel, fun experience you can refer back to in the future.
What
Team Play incorporates the best of experiential learning by combining one hour of group activities with an adventure “high point” experience on either the Pumpkin Ridge Zip Tour or YMCA Camp Collins Aerial Challenge Course.
Getting Started:
The group activities at the beginning of the experience set the foundation for your team by creating a safe space for people to be authentic and vulnerable before they begin the more challenging activity. We do this through a quick series of games that allow members to extend trust to one another, behave in a trustworthy manner, and experience laughter and success together.
The Adventure: Choose from one of the two following course experiences:
Pumpkin Ridge Zip Tour – Accessible Adventure
A Canopy / Zipline tour located outside Portland in North Plains with 7 ziplines and 2 suspension bridges. Each pod of 10 people will traverse the tour alongside two guides that will encourage your team and usher them through the experience
YMCA Camp Collins Aerial Challenge Course – Active Adventure
An aerial challenge course outside Portland in Troutdale with multiple rope and timber obstacles suspended between trees high above the forest floor. Find your ultimate level of challenge on progressively more challenging elements while you use your body in unexpected ways!
Wrapping Up:
After your adventure you’ll reconnect as a team with a quick reflection exercise to cement your teams experience firmly in their minds.
