Welcome to Synergo

Synergo is an organization that empowers youth and adults to empower themselves. We discovered long ago that people learn best through their experiences, so we created a company that utilizes individual and group experiences to assist our participants in the understanding of themselves and their relationships to others. We design and facilitate youth and adults through personal empowerment, relationship / team building, and organizational development programs, which can be held on the challenge course, at on-site locations, or in classroom/conference settings. In addition to our programs, Synergo offers facilitator trainings, designs, installs and inspects challenge courses throughout the West and is a Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).

Programs

Synergo believes that experiences provide the greatest lessons in life. We design programs on and off the challenge course that stress facilitation rather than teaching, and convey concepts through experiential activities connected to powerful debriefing sessions that translate the activities to our personal and professional lives.

Facilitator Trainings

Synergo offers trainings open to facilitators, teachers, counselors, managers, or anyone who works with people. We also offer challenge course certification trainings for facilitators that align with the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) Practitioner Certification Standards.

Design, Installation and Inspection

Synergo became an accredited Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the Association for Challenge Course Technology in 2002. We are a full-service provider specializing in working with clients in the West. As a full service provider we offer challenge course design and construction services, programmatic reviews, and facilities inspections.

Equipment

Synergo is a retailer for challenge course equipment, challenge course tools and materials, portable equipment, and facilitation tools. We offer items from a
variety of vendors and can ship directly to you.
