Stage 1 - Assessment

Audit of staffing, trainer qualifications, paperwork, inspections and more. Training plan developed for training systems and each in-house trainer.

 

 
 
 

Stage 2 –Observation

In-house training staff observe training delivered
by Synergo to learn the curriculum and material.

 

 

Stage 3 – Co-Training

In-house training staff co-train alongside Synergo gradually leading more of the content and receiving direct feedback and improvement planning.

 
 
 

Stage 4 – Verification

Synergo observes In-house training staff deliver training and provides a formal review and assessment of their performance and alignment with curriculum.

 
 
 

Stage 5 – Maintenance

In-house training staff train others using their curriculum. Synergo continues to support the organization by reviewing any changes to curriculum, operations, and the development of other in-house trainers.

 
 

 

The Nitty-Gritty

The needs of each operation are unique, and the skills of each potential trainer are varied which requires some level of customization for each partnership. Developing in-house trainers is not without risk so to be eligible we require the following:

  • Organization must be an ACCT member with access to the standards.

  • Organization must have and maintain an up-to-date Course Policies and Procedures Manual.

  • Organization must have an annual 3rd party professional inspection completed by a qualified entity.

  • Organization must have a documented Operation Review completed by Synergo within the last 5 years.

  • Organization must check with insurance provider to ensure adequate coverage for in-house training.
