Synergo has been reviewed and accredited as a Professional Vendor Member (PVM) to offer these certifications which align with the Association for Challenge Course Technology Standards. Trainings are held at various locations in and around Portland, Oregon.

Association for Challenge Course Technology

LEVEL 1

Synergo’s Level 1 Practitioner Training is geared towards the beginner facilitator and seasonal summer camp challenge course facilitator. Over the period of four days, trainees will be introduced to the world of challenge course facilitation through topics such as effective communication, ACCT industry standards, belaying techniques, course set-up and take-down, course maintenance and program design.

 
 
 
 

Association for Challenge Course Technology

LEVEL 2

Synergo’s Level 2 Practitioner Training is geared towards the intermediate facilitator and year-round challenge course staff. Over the period of four days, trainees will dive deeper into advanced facilitation techniques such as rescues, rappelling techniques, access climbing, local operating procedures and group needs assessments.

Association for Challenge Course Technology

COURSE MANAGER

Synergo’s Course Manager is meant to better prepare the trainee in management and oversight of a site. Trainees will gain information on and have opportunity for discussion around topics such as inspections, risk management, PR/marketing, ACCT Standards, staff management/training and cultivating an intentional culture.

Synergo’s Course Manager trainees will choose from two specialties: Commercial Zip & Adventure Operations or Challenge Course Operations

 
 

RE-CERTIFYING?

 

If you’re already trained and just need to re-certify you can hop on the testing day of our Level I / Level II on April 5th, 2024!
