Team Bonding

Become more unified as a team through shared challenges accomplished together.

Why

Whether you’re forming a new team or seeking a deeper connection with long time colleagues intentional time together overcoming challenges will bring your group together. By separating yourselves from your normal routine and engaging together in an intentional series of outdoor activities you will have opportunities to build trust and bond together as a team.

Team Bonding is for new teams, groups wanting to connect in real-life instead of by zoom, school groups, sports teams and more. Any group that wants to grow their connections to one another, have fun and learn tools they can apply at home is ready to join us!

What

Team Bonding uses intentional “team building” games, activities and elements, under the careful guidance of our facilitation staff, inviting groups to learn, share, change and grow together. We offer several program options and locations to meet a variety of needs and budgets.

Getting Started:

The group activities at the beginning of the experience set the foundation for your team by creating a safe space for people to be authentic and vulnerable before they begin the more challenging activity. We do this through a quick series of games that allow members to extend trust to one another, behave in a trustworthy manner, and experience laughter and success together.

Initiatives:

Essentially games with a purpose, initiatives are a series of challenges presented by our facilitator to your group allowing your team to develop skills, try new roles, problem solve and ultimately to reflect on the process and apply learning to the future.

Elements:

Using both “low ropes” and “high ropes” course activities your group will experience real emotions together such as challenge, success, joy and more. Elements are often the “high point” experience for a group and will serve as a highly memorable moment, shared together, that you can reflect back on to unlock all the learning of the day.

Wrapping Up:

After all your adventures you’ll reconnect as a team with a reflection exercise to cement your teams experience firmly in their minds.
