Every Team Development program we deliver is unique to the needs of your team and organization. Programs can last one day or occur over several days depending on your needs, goals, and budget. The following options are most popular with our clients, however we can design a unique program around your goals and needs.
One-Day Challenge Course Programs
We work with a lot of organizations who want a combination of "getting out of the office for a day" as well as experiencing an intentionally developed team building program for their staff. Although these programs look different for each group, the most popular choice is a full-day program on one of our many Portland area challenge courses, where we focus on one area of growth like trust, communication, or collaboration.
Partnership Options
Synergo can work with you to be a component of your larger retreat, training experience, merger, onboarding or team meeting. Some 1-4 hour session options could include:
Opening Icebreaker sessions
Active workshop on a variety of topics like building trust, facilitating good conversations, building stronger teams, etc.
Facilitating conversations such as brainstorming sessions, goal setting, defining core values, post-mortems, etc.
On-going Culture Development
We firmly believe that ongoing training and reflection is vital to a company's ability to nurture innovation, decrease staff turnover and ensure that employees truly feel valued. This ongoing program is completely tailored to each client based on needs, company culture, desired goals and commitment. Some programs will include weekly programming while others decide to meet monthly or quarterly.
