WHERE INSPECTION PROGRAMS BREAK DOW

Most inspection issues don’t come from lack of effort, they come from lack of consistency:

  • Staff forget procedures after initial training

  • Inconsistent inspections across the team

  • Documentation is unclear or incomplete

  • Small issues missed until they become big problems

  • Staff/sites unfamiliar with current standards
