Synergo Programming

Policies, Paperwork and FAQ’s

Program Policies:

  • All participants must be a part of a pre-arranged Synergo program.

  • All participants must have a completed Participant Agreement, signed by a guardian ensuring they understand the inherent risk of using adventure activities.

  • All participants must wear closed-toe shoes that can be secured to the foot (tennis shoes, boots, etc. No flipflops or slip-ons.

  • For programs that include minors, Synergo requires a chaperone to be a part of each group. Chaperones and/or Group Leaders are responsible for the behavior of the group members during the program as well as any non-program times like meal breaks or time on the grounds before and after the program.

  • Activities chosen for the program are based on the facilitator’s assessment of the group’s goals, needs, behaviors and logistics. Certain activities cannot be guaranteed depending on logistics and/or facilitator judgment.

  • Participants may not use personal safety gear (harnesses or helmets) and must be able to fit into provided safety gear (generally 10 years old and up).

  • Pregnant participants may not physically participate in challenge course activities.

  • Participants with health issues or injuries should consult with their doctor before using the challenge course.
