Looking for a flexible Part-Time or Full-Time Seasonal role with the opportunity for extended travel? Join us as a Challenge Course Trainer at Synergo and earn $21.25 - $28.75 per hour based on experience. You'll help design and deliver challenge course staff training, administer proficiency testing, and ensure compliance with ACCT standards. Your expertise and friendly, authoritative presence will make adventure experiences safer and more enjoyable. Plus, you'll have the chance to travel across the USA. Are you passionate about the great outdoors? Synergo is offering an exciting Part-Time or Seasonal opportunity as a Challenge Course Facilitator, where you can earn $17.00 - $23.00 per hour based on your experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Synergo program team to create immersive outdoor learning experiences using challenge courses. Your responsibilities include equipment setup, ensuring group safety, and facilitating engaging activities. Unlike other roles, this one has no direct reports and focuses mainly on the stunning Portland area. CPR and First Aid certification are a must.
