Synergo Trainings and Challenge Course Practitioner Certifications

Synergo offers trainings open to facilitators, teachers, counselors, managers, or anyone who works with people. We also offer challenge course certification for practitioners and these certifications align with the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) Practitioner Certification Standards. Synergo has been reviewed and accredited to offer these certifications as an ACCT Professional Vendor Member.

During Synergo trainings, we engage one another in activities, practicing facilitation skills and critiquing our style and approach. Dipping into our bag of tricks, we share resources and provide specific activities that address individual needs or issues relevant to the facilitator's own workplace.
