 Jennifer Fox Marter
Jennifer is the owner and client manager of Synergo, an organization dedicated to empowering youth and adults to take responsibility for themselves and grow to reach their full potential. Jennifer believes that when people learn to take responsibility for themselves they are empowered to make real and lasting positive change in their lives. Jennifer works with clients to design programs meeting their desired outcomes. She works to ensure all program details are addressed as clients create an experience for their students, co-workers, children, or themselves. Jennifer works with schools, non-profit organizations, social service agencies and corporations to create a program that will best meet the groups needs for experience based learning.
Jennifer has a degree in Childhood Development and Family Counseling from the University of Connecticut. Jennifer has designed, implemented and marketed educational and recreational programs for children from birth through and teens and their families. She has also partnered with other youth serving agencies to collectively design programs to better meet the needs of the youth and teens of the community.
Jennifer is a member of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) and NW Challenge Course Network (NCCN). She is the current Secretary/Treasures for NCCN.
