Adult Team Building and
Challenge Course Programs
Synergo has found that some of the most successful and perspective altering programs have been with adult groups. Every adult group we work with has a different background and tells a different story, so each program is designed specifically around the needs and expectations of the group.
Adult Program Themes
At different times or moments in life as an adult you may find value in planning an experiential program for your group, team, classmates or family. Below are just a few examples of common adult program themes.
Leadership
Developing as a leader is demanding work with tremendous rewards, both personally and professionally. Synergo has worked with hundreds of corporations, schools, chambers of commerce, non-profits and others to provide dynamic, challenging, leadership training programs. Using a community based team-building model we investigate what it means to be a leader in a hands-on group context.
Personal Development
At Synergo the phrase"it's your practice" is a constant conversation. Much like a doctor who "practices" medicine, we are constantly practicing in our own development. We can use the tools of the challenge course to explore who we are, engage with new concepts, and both broaden and deepen our practice of life.
Orientations
Synergo works with residence life, incoming freshmen, fraternity/sorority groups, student government and other college groups. Our orientation programs provide a shared common experience that gives them a foundation to build upon and basic teamwork.
Rites of Passage
There are always wonderful milestones in life that call for a celebration or a shared experience with the closest people in your life. Synergo has created programs for bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding groups, family reunions and anniversaries to name a few.
