The Compassionate Partnership

The Compassionate Partnership is a weekend program designed to give you and your partner an enriching experience that you can draw on as you create lasting intimacy and a shared life vision.

Take a weekend out of your busy lives to renew the commitment you made as husband, wife or partner. Often we find ourselves caught up in the daily grind of life; days, weeks and months go by without us acknowledging our relationship with our partner. When this happens we loose the intimacy that is so vital to the growth and development of our selves, our marriage, and our family. This workshop will bring you greater understanding of each other's needs and desires. You will learn how to deepen trust, productively resolve conflict, remove obstacles to intimacy and support each other in being the person you want to & can be. The Compassionate Partnership will give you tools to create more satisfaction from your relationship and help you thrive as you move through life's challenges.

The Compassionate Partnership has been specifically designed to meet the varying needs couples have at different points in their relationship. Whether you have been married for 20 years and are looking to make a renewed commitment or have just entered into a committed relationship and to build a lasting relationship, please join us for an exciting and challenging weekend!

  • Myers-Briggs Test: A tool for discovering differences in how you and your partner communicate, work and interact with others
  • Couple Groups: You and your partner will be working together on the issues that affect your relationship. You will then have the opportunity to share broad generalization amongst the large group during discussion
  • Discussion Topics: Trust, communication, listening, commitment, passion, intimacy, belief systems, dreams and vision
  • Activities: Low & high challenge course elements, games, discussion, journaling, experiential exercises designed to create intimacy and understanding and time for individual spiritual practice
