Recognizing that successful teams are not formed haphazardly, we have developed several strategies
for building and maintaining strong, healthy and productive teams.
SYNERGO believes that experiences provide the greatest lessons in life. We stress facilitation rather than
teaching, and convey our ideas through experiential activities and powerful debriefing sessions that help
relate the activities to daily living. We offer a variety of services, all of which are customized to meet
