At Synergo, we are dedicated to helping groups meet their potential for working together. Well developed groups that can function together efficiently are greatly needed in every community. Recognizing that successful groups are not formed haphazardly,
we have developed several strategies for building and maintaining strong, healthy and productive groups, teams, and organizations.

We also believe in operating an ethical, sustainable, long-term business. One way we meet our goal is by empowering other local agencies to utilize experiential learning models and philosophies to teach, train, and facilitate their own missions. When we work with a client we assist them in developing the infrastructure, passion, and ability to utilize their challenge course for effective and sustainable programs.
